Danz Zappz apps is a recent entrant into the app development industry with some ground breaking

development in leading technology. Winning the Vodafone Technology Innovation Award at National

Fieldays Mystery Creek with his first idea has spurred on Dan’s motivation to create another app.

Meanwhile the entrepreneurial journey continues – in Dan’s words it’s like a roller coaster ride. Since

winning the award in June the app has been further enhanced with triple testing if ‘no signal is

detected’; a free demo app is available so customers can try before they buy with the antenna

which will extend the range at which the app works as well as the number of android phones it works

on. The antenna will go on sale in September.

Having found a price point for the paid app that it appears the market likes, an online marketing

campaign has begun with strong interest in South Africa and Ireland as well as New Zealand. What

Dan is noticing is how easy it is to track clicks, downloads and installs with google and how that

makes it possible to be sure that marketing spend is well targeted and getting results.

The “try before you buy” option is proving popular giving people the opportunity to test the app on

their make and model of phone and allowing Danz Zappz to build up their database of tested phones.

So far the app has received only positive comments with several people giving it 5 stars.

Dan is committed to ensuring this world first revolutionary, breakthrough in app thinking is a success

and is already thinking about the next idea.
